Graduates of the Diploma of Agriculture through RIST have gone on to work as property managers, owners, farm and station overseers and supervisory roles in dairy, broadacre cropping, and in the sheep and beef industries.

Students who complete a Diploma of Agriculture through RIST can take their learning and their careers to the next step by using the skills and knowledge learnt to enhance their managerial career or maybe look at undertaking undergraduate studies. At the Diploma level, students will have access to state of the art online resource systems incorporating iPad classroom technology.

Can I get credit for previous study/experience?
RIST offers the opportunity for students to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) and Credit Transfer (CT) in all nationally recognised training that RIST is able to offer.
