Welcome to another RIST Round Up!

Last week we held our AGM at our Hamilton Campus. It was wonderful to reflect on the year that was 2023 and to discuss updates coming in new courses, content delivery and seeing the progress of our investment in technology and student facility renovations. We look forward to sharing a reveal video of these with you soon!

We warmly welcome new RIST Board Director Lachie Brown and offer our sincere thanks our outgoing Director and one of the founding members John Diprose OAM for his over 35 years of service and dedication to RIST (as a past Chairman of the Board, a Director and mentor) and our values, in ensuring the current and next generation of Agricultural professionals can gain access to local, dedicated Agricultural and Rural Industries training and education.

We are proud to recognise that through education and skills training at RIST, our local communities can grow stronger. And that empowering communities with education, knowledge and skills training, this upskills, retains and boosts local communities to thrive into the future.

Lastly, we leave you with words from the closing segment of the CEO’s Report in the 2023 Annual Report, as it sums up the sincere appreciation, we at RIST have for our students, their schools, family members and friends, employers, valued stakeholders, partners and our local communities that entrust RIST with their educational journeys.
