It has been another busy and rewarding period for RIST, with strong engagement across our practical vocational programs, regional activities and national training delivery.
A key highlight was our Careers in Agriculture Day, where 40 Year 9 students explored the range of career pathways available in agriculture.
RIST also had a strong presence at Sheepvention, reconnecting with students, employers and host farmers while receiving encouraging new enquiries.
Training has continued across our Certificate II, Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma of Agriculture qualifications, supported by specialist trainers and valuable host farm visits.
Interest in our national programs, including Lifetime Ewe Management, Weaners for Profit and Heifers for Profit, also continues to grow.
We thank our students, trainers, staff, host farmers, industry partners and funding bodies for their ongoing support.
This collaborative network allows RIST to continue delivering practical, high-quality agricultural training and extension services across Australia.
