RIST Weekly Round Up
April Recap

We also recently announced the next intake of shearing school in June. If you or someone you know would like to register for this course, we encourage you to contact our Program Coordinator of Wool and Shearing Raelene Laidlaw for more information. or GO HERE to register.
Students have been working on an array of interesting classes from Stock Handling, to Animal Nutrition, Budgeting and Machinery Maintenance. We thrive knowing that the skills we develop for our students can be taken with them in their own individual pathways.
We love keeping in touch with past students. News of a recent welding course graduate sharing with her trainer that she loves her new found welding ability and is incorporating her skills to make improvements around her own farming workplace (making a bull bar for the four wheeler! what a feat!) truly gives the RIST team a sense of pride in knowing the skills we develop in our students are just the beginning of their successful pathways in Agriculture.
If you are an ex student, we’d love to hear what you’ve been up to, what you’ve been making and also what’s next!
Until the next round up.
