Welcome to another ROUND UP!

Renovations at the Hamilton Campus Pavilion are also still underway for upgrades to the toilet and washroom facilities. To accommodate these renovationās, we are continuing to move classes away from the works and taking our outdoor classroom learnings to the farm.Ā

The late Autumn Break has impacted our farming community hard. Prolonged feeding and feeding through lambing, sourcing feed and waiting for rain has been trying to say at the least. It was fantastic to feel a sense of camaraderie and be part of the Industry-led Managing the Late Break Field Days in Nareen and Edenhope in late May and early June. We extend our support to all managing the challenges associated with the late break and remind you to reach out for support if you need it. Here are a few links if you would like to connect with localĀ financialĀ orĀ mental healthĀ support.Ā

In early June, alongside AWI, we enjoyed being part of the LTEM Train the Trainer Day at Barunah Park. If you are wanting to complete LTEM course this year head across to theĀ Lifetime Ewe Management Page under our National Programs.
We hosted shearing school in Mortlake, another fantastic week hosted by Warners. If you would like to join the next intake of Shearing School, we are running courses in September and October. More info on the next shearing schools is availableĀ HERE.
